On the first Wednesday of each month.

This group mainly meet remotely via Zoom. Sometimes we have an outing midway between two Zoom meetings to give us an opportunity to meet in person. Usually we set a theme at the end of one meeting and view the results the following month. There are no competitions and no critiques of the images presented by members. It's simply a supportive group of people who enjoy taking photographs. There are no rules about the equipment to be used; everything from smartphones to the top pro kit is fine.

Look Up! Look Down! These were the directions to accomplish the May brief for the photography group. The many and varied responses ranged from a box of flipflops to wind turbines to cupolas. The pics below are by: Jenni Austin (bridge column), Mark Atkinson (agitated water), and Peter Taylor (staircase).

Next we will visit Pollok Park's sights, including highland cattle, riverbanks, gardens, woods and the Burrell.. You'll see some shots from that outing next month.
